]]> By: lars http://www.ekg-abi2005.de/blog/?p=58#comment-941 lars Fri, 30 Jan 2009 14:40:50 +0000 http://www.ekg-abi2005.de/blog/?p=58#comment-941 Hi ! finde solche "sessions" wie du sie beschrieben hast, auch sehr gut für das arbeitsklima. in deutschland sind das ja eher "weihnachtsfeiern", wo der betrieb seine mitabeiter einmal im jahr einläd (gibt bestimmt firmen, in denen mehr gemacht wird, aber zum großteil würde ich sagen trifft das zu). einmal im monat ist zwar schon sehr viel, aber denke das kommt wirklich darauf an, was gemacht wird. zudem muss natürlich auf alle mitarbeiter geachtet werden, nicht das dann benachteiligungen, etc. entstehen. generell kommt es aber bestimmt auch auf die größe der firma an, oder? wie viele arbeiten bei euch und sind an solchen sessions beteiligt? finde das eine gute sache. Zudem kommen so aktionen, wie das blutspenden, anderen menschen zu gute. in deutschland denke ich beschränken sich solche externen aktivitäten auf frische, junge und dynamische unternehmen.
